Wayne Chavez – President
Wayne is a pioneer in interactive advertising and a 15-year veteran of direct marketing. Prior to joining InterMundo, Wayne was a Partner at Soho Digital, a full-service online ad agency in New York City. He oversaw business development, sales, and campaign management. Wayne's clients included Monster.com, United Airlines, Chase, and NBC. Soho Digital was acquired in 2004. His earlier online experience includes founding a venture-funded online retailer in 1999.
Wayne’s interactive career began at Grupo Televisa in 1992 – where he helped launch and operate the company’s direct marketing division across its network, cable, print, radio and outdoor advertising assets. Wayne also successfully launched the Shred-it franchise in Argentina, the world’s leading document disposal service. His clients included Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Compaq, Citibank, and FedEx.
Wayne holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Stanford University.

Adam Edelman – EVP Business Development
Adam brings over a decade of experience in marketing and business development to InterMundo. Prior to InterMundo, he served as Managing Director at Americom, General Electric’s TV distribution business unit. Adam also served as Regional Director for the DIRECTV Group, where he oversaw business development offices throughout the Americas. His responsibilities included oversight of direct marketing, local sales, affiliates and channel partners. Adam’s clients included News Corp., Time Warner, Televisa and AT&T.
Prior to joining DIRECTV, Adam was responsible for aggregating and marketing television programming using direct broadcast satellites owned by Intelsat, the world’s largest satellite operator.
Adam holds a BA/BS in Philosophy and Mathematics from St. John’s College.

Gisella Walter – EVP Operations/Client Services
Gisella brings over ten years of agency and online media experience to her InterMundo clients. Prior to InterMundo, Gisella served as VP of Client Services at Soho Digital, where she was responsible for creative development, campaign management and client services.
Her earlier experience includes senior web development and online marketing roles with ZainyBrainy.com and Equifax.com. She also served as the Art Director of the PrincetonReview.com. Gisella’s corporate clients have included Barnesandnoble.com, Dell.com, Priceline.com and Cingular Wireless. Her agency clients have included Beyond Interactive, Tribal DDB and Organic.
Gisella holds a BFA in Media and Painting from Alfred University.

Rich Morrow – VP Engineering
Rich oversees InterMundo’s technology operations, software, and web development. Prior to joining InterMundo, Rich held senior technology and web development positions at WebRoot and Lockheed Martin. While at Lockheed, Rich was a software development engineer at NASA’s Advanced Life Sciences Division. Prior to Lockheed, Rich was a senior technology executive for DML Japan, where he oversaw the implementation of FedEx’s Pan-Asian web presence.
Rich is fluent in Japanese and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern Colorado.

Gina Lee – VP Operations
Prior to joining InterMundo, Gina worked in the operations group at Google. Her responsibilities included project management, reporting and daily operational support. Gina also served as Director of Networks and Traffic at Soho Digital. Her earliest experience included a production management role at MBC Direct Media, a pioneer in email marketing.
Gina holds a BA in Mass Communications with a minor in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
